The Cook - Burnt Ends, Collard Greens, and Mac n Cheese
Rub - Salt and Pepper and housemade bbq sauce
Cook Temp - 250 degrees smoke
Notes - Cooked brisket for 12 hours and separated the point from the flat. Cubed the point and added to a pan with homemade bbq sauce and smoked for another 45 minutes.
